We want you to love your Glow King products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
